Slow read/write speed on new TS-412 over gigabit network

Dragging this one up because I was having similar problems with read/write speed to my TS-412.

Question is if it makes sense to drag every post on the topic you find...especially one that was resolved already?

Question is, what's the normal read/write speed for a Gigabit Ethernet connection to NAS?

On a NAS in the class of the TS-412, the Gigabit Ethernet is not the limitation.

Same thing happened to me....updating to firmaware 3-7.1 did the trick.
