:( :( I have the TS-419P+ and am having the same identical problem. It also is a 4 x 2TB setup. I have an alternating green/red lights, slow blinks, and an orange lights, fast blinks. Everything was fine until I had a power outrage, tried to reboot, ran into a new firmware alert, proceeded to upgrade, and having been able to get up and running since. The LCD states "QNAP Turbo NAS Welcome!", lights are blinking, and have been in this state for the last 28 hrs. The green hdd lights are solid. Of course, tried Finder but states QNAP isn't online nor accessible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated .....tks.

To use the LED's to check on your NAS System Status, please review: Check System Status (LED and Alarm Buzzer) section of the on-line manual.

You also might be advised to check out the: NAS Troubleshooting Guide (Guide is available in multiple languages).
