Cannot connect to the server suddenly

I have got my TS-210 for some years, but recently cannot get connected. The status light keep flashing, and when I use my Qfinder to find the NAS, it needs me to initialize my hard drive, which will clear all my data. What can I do to reconnect to the NAS with all my data inside? Thanks!
