Ability to track motions with PTZ ?

Hello!

Me and the company I work for are thinking of investing in QNAP NVR's for IP surveillance.
But I wonder if there is features, to recognize a motion and follow the motion with a PTZ camera ?
Like a person entering an area, an internal alarm in the camera (or NVR) goes off, and start to follow the person by moving the camera. And even better if it could zoom also.

The PTZ pan & zoom features depend on the camera models.
