QPKG isn't available!?!?

hello

today i reinstalled the firmware (3.5.2 Build1126) on my qnap ts-259pro+. further i try (tried) to install some qpkg plugins. so i tried to download the latest qpkg plugins via GET QPKQ. the only answer i get is:

Sorry, QPKG information is not available.

is this temporarily?

is there a download link, one can download qpkg plugins using ftp, wget, ...

second question:
because i couldn't download the latest optware (optware_0.99.163_x86.qpkg) plugin, i tried to install the version i downloaded some month ago.
what some month ago worked flawlessly, doesn't work anymore; same firmware version, same opkg version i used some month ago. any ideas why the installation now fails?

before i reinstalled the firmware, i formatted (gparted) the two harddisks in an external usb case.
could there be any debris from the former firmware installation that cause such issues.
