I have a TS-259Pro+ which I am successfully running sabnzbd+ on. Took me a while to get working properly, but with all of the guides around (and the generally universal setup) I managed it - despite not having a clue about Linux!
I have also (just about) managed to get Plex running quite nicely, and am very impressed with it.
What I cannot get working for the life of me, despite spending hours reading many guides, is Sickbeard. I was hoping to use Sickbeard to complete this very capable setup, but have failed. Are there any simple, perhaps QNAP specific, guides anyone knows of that can help me?
Sabnzbd currently downloads into its default (complete) directoy. Plex is looking at the default QNap Multimedia directory on the NAS (\Multimedia\Video\TV Shows). All I want to do is:
1. Use sickbeard to look for the shows (I do have an nzbmatrix account)
2. Pass the nzb to Sabnzbd to download
3. When download complete, use Sickbeard to move/rename to multimedia folder for Plex (\Multimedia\Video\TV Shows\Show\Season\xx.avi)
4. Poke Plex to update library.
As far as I can tell this should be easily possible, but I cannot even get Sab to work with Sickbeard, let alone any post-processing!
