One Touch Copy Help

Hello,

I seem to have a problem getting the One Touch Copy function to work. I have a USB3.0 multi card reader plugged into the front USB port on my TS-451 (4.1.3 Firmware). When I look at the external drive's, the NAS recognizes it has a 128GB SD card plugged in. But it also doesn't see any data on it and looks empty. I have the One Touch Functionality set to Smart Import (Beta) currently. Upon pressing the copy button, nothing copy's to the default folder.

Looking for ideas to try and correct this. Also by using a multi card reader, will this cause any problems? I only have one card in it. Like I said it does recognize it, but then again it show's no data.
