Download station not working

I am trying to use download station for the first time on my TS-451 and when I click start it just sit there at Progress 0% ETA 99:99:99 priority 1BT. What's up.

There are many issues it can be. you best start looking into these possibilities.

have you enable port forwarding on your router?

does you ISP block torrents or certain ports

does your ISP block tracking/torrent sites?

are there any Seeders/leechers on the torrent you are using?

Port forwarding 8080 correct
ISP block torrents not sure. How would I know? I using Time Warner Cable.
I using the default ones that download station uses. What Torrents do you recommend?
