Some avi files with no sound...

I got some music vids in avi(xvid) format that show video but there is no sound.
Is there a way you can help me with this? Can I send you one of the files with no sound?
They are working fine on my computer and xbox with xbmc.

I had the same issue, so you can upload some files to QNAP ftp server for support to give them a try.

Ask QNAPJason for login details

Let QNAPJason aware when you upload some.
