Compatible USB DAC (Digital to Analog converter)

Does anyone have any info/experience using a DAC with their NAS's?

I would like to add an Audioquest Dragonfly DAC to my TS-469L and before I go out and buy the DAC, I would like to find out if anyone has a working setup and how they went about it.

Since I stream much of my music from the NAS and it will be located next to my audio gear, I thought that if I can incorporate a DAC, such as the Audioquest Dragonfly, I can improve the audio quality of my system through a simple upgrade.

The only other mention of a DAC in the forums, seems to be with the Fiio E10.

If I can't use a USB DAC it seems that the only cost effective option would be to use a DAC + headphone amplifier setup (like theFiio E10 or similar).
