Twonky media server suddenly show 0 files

I've got a qnap 219p+. The twonky media server has worked 100% for a few years now, no problems. Now suddenly - (without I've touched any setting at all) the media server shows 0 files. The same directories as always, nothing changed, but it find 0 files. Restarting server or rescan content directories helping nothing. I've turned unpn server on and off on the qnap setting, but nothing has helped yet.

Have anyone experienced this before?
