Twonky not showing once player is restarted

Anyone have any idea why my tonky server on my qnap shows up on my media receivers but once the receivers are restarted, twonky no longer shows?

Restarting twonky fixes this but i dont want my family to have to do this every time they want to watch a film.

One thing that may affect it, that i have noticed is that the server shows twonky as having 2 IP addresses. One was an old one that has since been removed from my QNAP NAS. Does anyone know how i can return twonky to its default settings. I have tried the option on the web interface.
