iSCSI LUN gets slower and slower

HI,
I'am running my virtual environment on a iscsi Lun on my Qnap TS669Pro
It's getting slower and slower. in the beginning everything works fine.
I don't know if it's slower since an firmwareupdate.
Maybe this is a known issue or somebody has an idea what to do?
