TS-412 iSCSI recovery?

Hi all
We had some duplicate data on an iSCSI volume (a ts-412) well after a power cut the TS-412 boots fine but no services or shares work and i cant log in via the gui page, now although this is duplicate data i was wondering what is the best way to either try and fix the nas or just do a wipe/reset.
Im not up on linux at all so go easy, there are no red lights and all static IP work and respond to ping fine, i can use qnap finder and run the configure tool, but i cannot login, the isci cant connect and none of the shares are browsable.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Andy
