iSCSI win7 slow sturtup

TS-212 with iscsi application auth no enrycp.
TS-212 with newest firmware.

I found strange issue when win7 is starting up.
The starting (logging to the user) is very slow process and after the there is no LUN attached to devices.
in iSCSI configuration i have no connection with target.
After try to manual establish the connection I have an authorization problem.

Then I have to go to configuration in qnap, once again set password and connection can be established.
This happening only after the qnap restart.
Once established connection on win7 after restart the computer is OK.

I checked win7 logs and I have:

iScsiPrt error id:10 -> Logon unsuccessful.

Any suggestions ??
