TS-459 pro+ Hard disks failure
I have QNAP TS-459 pro+ with firmware version 4.1.3 it holds 4 hard disks RAID 5 model: ST32000542AS it's type SATA 3Gb/s (SATA II) and I want to buy new hard disks because I have one failure and two warning. but I will buy ST2000VN000 SATA 6Gb/s (SATA III) and it is Compatible with my QNAP. I need to know it will work with the other hard disks ST32000542AS it's type SATA 3Gb/s (SATA II)?

@mustafah822000, you have unfortunately waited far too long with replacing your failing disks...
If you have all data completely backed up (like you should), you can just begin hot-swapping the disks starting with worst and wait for the RAID rebuild to complete before replacing the next. The RAID rebuild may be successful or it may fail but thanks to your backups, your data should at least be safe.
If on the other hand there is some data that isn't yet backed up, I would recommend that you try to copy as much data as possible off the NAS before replacing any disks in it.

RAID have never ever been a replacement for backups. Without backups on a different system (preferably placed at another site), you will eventually lose data!
A non-RAID configuration (including RAID 0, which isn't really RAID) with a backup on a separate media protects your data far better than any RAID-volume without backup.
All data storage consists of both the primary storage and the backups. It's your money and your data, spend the storage budget wisely or pay with your data!
