10GB Emulex OCe11102 strange problem.

I recently purchased 3 x 10gb emulex OCE11102-N cards. I have installed them in 3x Qnap models TS-EC1279, TS-879pro and TS-EC879pro.

The problem I have is with the ts-879pro which is Port 2 on the OCE11102-N card does not recognise. I have swapped cards around and the fault stays the same tried updating firmware from the qnap link and problem will not go away if I try all 3x OCE11102 cards on the other 2 models ts-ec879u and ts-ec1279u they work fine both ports can be trunked or I can use both standalone. From my extensive testing swapping about of nic cards the problem is only with the TS-879pro with all 3x OCE11102 nics . Now to complicate things a bit further the TS-879pro works fine both ports with a intel dual X520-T2 (E10G42BT) Nic card (RJ45 cat 6 interface) but again has same problem only one port shown with intel X520-SR2 (E10G42BFSR) . I have searched the forums and can not find any similar problem from any other user of the QNAP TS-879pro so I am wondering what the the problem could possible be and why it only seems to be with SFP+ 10gb nic cards on TS-879pro?
