209 wants to reconfigure, how to save my data?

I'm guessing this is the correct forum...
A couple of weeks ago, I had some problems with my TS-209. It claimed that the mySQL was a incorrect version or something. Next the multimedia server was being unstable and stopping in the middle of serving a videoclip.
So I rebooted it, as any PC-owner has got into the habit of doing. But afterwards, it asked me to reconfigure and to format my harddisks!
I have been in contact with QNAPandy who believes that it can be fixed using telnet/ssh but since the 209 has a security feature that prevents external access through telnet/ssh, we have to use Windows' remote desktop.
And that's why I'm writing this post. Making arrangements for such a "meeting" has been... difficult , and I would like for someone from Qnap staff to let me know of a time when I can get help. It could be anybody, I just need to know the time, so I don't sit and and wait for hours hoping that I have a "date" .
Please, help me!
