cpu usage 99.1% up and down

Hey!

i have some issue with my qnap nas 419p+
cpu goes from 1.9% up to 99.1% up and down all the time. and i dont use it. just idle mode.
do someone know what it could be?

things that is enabled :
Microsoft Networking
Enabled

Enable Local Master Browser

FTP Service

Enable UPnP Media Server

Web Server

DDNS Service
and thats all.
and process dont ever show it goes more then 20%cpu use.

Current firmware version: 3.6.1 Build 0302T
please help me.

Issue? What you see here is your own monitoring using https (stunnel), _thttpd_ (the admin Web serer), ...

To compare, please open an ssh session and run # top
