Appears you are just asking for the common QNAP screw specs to mount the 3.%" HDD to the trays (from below).
Looks like 100° (otherwise the head is not flat and short enough) and undercut (the thread is fully cut to the undercut). I'm more in metric screws and aircraft bolts
