Running these on my ts870, more airflow and super quiet....
The TS-210 (NAS model of this thread) uses a 60mm x 60mm x 15mm Form Factor, so your reference product is less than useful.

The Noctua NF-A6x25 PWM you mention is 25mm thick, will that still fit the TS-210 even though it comes with a 15mm fan?

Probably not ... this is what Patrick already tried to say ... when you want to change ie. a fan please check your hardware.

In this TS-212 (fan is ~14 mm thick), it will _not_ fit ... the chassis does give free room for just about ~20 mm.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but is the fan supposed to pull air in or blow it out?

I purchased the Evercool EC6015SH12BP that others mentioned, and I'm not sure which way to install it.

If I turn it to blow air out (like I think it's supposed to go), neither the original QNAP screws, nor the new Evercool screws, fit.

If I turn it to pull air in, the QNAP screws will fit, but the center of the fan touches the case and prevents it from spinning.

That's the correct way. No screw holes on the pressure (outer) side, or different screw holes layout there?

I finally got it installed the correct way, using the original QNAP screws. It took a bit of work because the screw holes seemed really small, but I got it. Thanks.
