Hello all
I am think bout getting the TS-869 Pro with ST4000VN000 hard drive,
What i want to Know is on the seagate web site it tells you that the drive supports up to 5 bays can anyone confirm if this is true or can u actually run more than five of them as this is a 8 bay nas and i would like to use all 8 bays in one huge RAID 5 array

some people guess it's a recommendation for seagate not cannibalizing their enterprise drives.
but I would recommend you using raid6 with 8 drives.

Any updates on this, I too would like to use in an 870 pro (Raid 6) and wondered if anyone had any issues with these drives ?
