Max disk size supported?

I was just wondering what is the max size of a harddisk supported by the qnap nas?
Does it vary depending on model?

For example, would the TS-859U support the new 6 terrabyte WD helium disks? What about the recently released 6 TB SSD's?

Just curious as to any reasons they would not?
