Fan replacement without warranty loss?

Hi there,

my Qnap 470 Pro is pretty loud and as it stand under my TV because of the connection setup in my flat I would like to replace the fan with a silent one.

- Is it possible?
- Is it possible without losing warranty?
- Did someone here do it before?
- Is there a user guide maybe?
- Which silent fan models would fit my 470 Pro?
