TS412U not see the disk
Hi, I have a problem with qnap ts412u, faulty disk. When I insert a new disc to qnap, the system does not see it. Light from the disk all the time flashes. Now I do not know if rebuilding the raid on it, if there is any problem with the QNAP. I do not have logs that the drive has been added. Software that is installed is 4.0.2. Request for help.
