3TB non-enterprise vs. 2TB enterprise

I'm trying to stay around the $100 mark for my drives but reliability is obviously a factor. 2TB enterprise drives would still give me the space I need but I could go with say 4 3TB.

My nas only supports SATA II so going to a SATA III drive doesn't really buy me much.

What are folks thoughts on staying with an enterprise drive vs. a just a regular RED or NAS oriented drive? And if going with a 2TB enterprise drive - what drive?
