Folder/File Operation (create, modify, ecc) not are view

Hi
QNAP: TS 231
PC: Windows 7 SP1 Pro (new)

If i create, modify , delete, copy, eccc a folder/file on QNAP, i not view any change; i view only after F5 (refresh) button press.
Why?

How?
Use the forum search feature before posting.

Use RAID and external backups. RAID will protect you from disk failure, keep your system running, and data accessible while the disk is replaced, and the RAID rebuilt. Backups will allow you to recover data that is lost or corrupted, or from system failure. One does not replace the other.

From Explore, i open a share folder of QNAP and i view any directory/file.
If i copy a file from desktop pc and paste it on QNAP, i not view file copied. For view, I have to press the button F5 (refresh).
Idem with any operation (refresh any change only press F5 button)

Please help me

Any obscure "security" package installed, locked down firewall, ...? Any SMB server does notify the client about changes - even if another client does the file operations. If this is blocked ... figure.

Sounds like a Windows issue rather than a Qnap one.

Google "windows explorer not refreshing"
