Could someone help me? How to mannage these things to work with one of my two qnap's? I need at least video server working.

When i try to setup my video server on ts212, or on ts410u, i recieve error messages:

or:

I know that those models are not supported (yet), but maybe someone can help me with some trick?

Thanks in advance, looking forward to your answers.

Basically, only cameras on the following compatibility list are supported.
http://www.qnap.com/cht/?lang=zh-tw&sn=4076
You can try Generic JPEG as the camera models and configured the video http url if the camera support this.

Thank you very much for your answer, Alan. Is there any possibility for support of TP-link cameras in future? I am asking this because is really hard to find on domestic market some of supported cameras by qnap. Unfortunately, I cannot make this cameras and video server to work via Generic JPEG, every time finish with error -1.

I've changed default port (80) to 5004, 9001, but non stop error -1. I need video recording on my qnap, because i can't configure one more machine (pc) to work just for recording videos.

You can set your tp-link camera to mjpeg mode. Then add the camera as Generic JPEG. Set the HTTP URL to "/video.mjpg" (without "") and add the IP of the cam.
This works with my tp-link TL-SC3130G.

I have a TP LINK SC3130G as Produde and so I tried to set the configuration as Produde told but ... nothing (I got both unknown error -1 and check the camera)
I noticed that doesn't exists the Http url /video.mjpeg but I tried /main.htm (found in the source code of the camera html page) and I get an image with a camera and a green check applying button test ... great, everything is fine, I thought but ... unfortunately the life view tab show me a sad black window with a orange text "Connecting", nothing more happen ....
Any suggestion ?
