Multiple Live View on iphone/ipad

Hi gents,

The multiple cam view doesnt work on neither iphone or ipad.
The cameras are shown as "Connecting" and after couple of seconds "Disconnected"

I have 5.0.1 running as Surveillance station.

And updated to the last Vmobile apps on both iphone and ipad.

Any suggestion?


UPDATE: Just updated the surveilance station to 5.0.5 it works... But another question: why is the fps and quality bad in multi view?

Bump! Same problem here but a couple months later. Seems to work on android not iphone. The big problem is iphone users aren't as technical savvy as and android users typically are. They need it to work and they don't want to understand any technical difficulty. Is there a way to view even just two channels with iphone or ipad and not have it time out? Tried out on ios 9.1 iphone 5s latest version of vmobile, Ipad 4 ios 9.01 latest version of vmobile and iphone 6 ios 8.1 latest vmobile and they all time out after serveral minutes where my android samsung galaxy s4 keeps working. The client isn't technically savvy and is asking if they can return the qnap and try a synology? Please qnap help me keep they using your products.
