Can't move files from Qdownload

I use Qdownload as the default directory when I download torrents with my QNAP nas (FW 3.7.2 Build 20120719).
I've set my user with "Read/Write" on the folder. But, when i do "cut" from the folder and "paste" into another folder I get the error: "You do not have permision to perform this action" (or something like that in english). The error is a Windows error message.

How can I give my user the correct access?
