Only admin can logon via VPN

Hi there

I've set up my TS-219P II with the newest Firmware and so far everything is running.

Now I wanted to connect to my NAS via VPN (PPTP). I've set up my Firewall and so on, so that is fine.
But now when I set up a VPN connection in Win7 I can only get a connection with the admin account. Any other account I use gives me rejection message...

In the VPN Client Management Settings I gave all the neccessary users rights to connect via VPN.

Strangely I have the same problem in Qfile app. Only admin can connect.
Altough I managed to connect one user in that app but the others get rejected.

Any solutions? Thanks!

Normally, it shouldn't happen, please contact QNAP support to resolve your problem.

Problem has been resolved. Just have to remember to use capital letters if you set it up like that ;) thanks
