TS412U - Domain Permissions on Shares

Postby bdsoftware » Tue Aug 14, 2012 11:26 am

Hi there

We have recently setup a TS412U in an entirely new domain. What I'm trying to do is create a share folder and set the permissions on the share to a certain "domain group" i.e. create share marketing share and have the marketing domain group have read/write access.
When I select the Share's Folder Permissions button under Share Folders, I select the Domain Group drop down but no groups appear from Active Directory. The Refresh button is disabled (grey). However when I select Users or User Groups under the same Access Rights Management section they all load fine.

AD is running on a SBS2011 box. The NAS joined the domain successfully.

Anyone have any clues or tutorials for this issue?

*EDIT: Support details
Firmware: 3.7.1 Build 20120615
