[how to, consultancy need] Sync from Server linux to Qnap

I need to sync my server linux (on web) with my local QNAP

Each night my linux server has to sync the files of 3 folders to the NAS trough internet

can anyone help me to do this script?
I'm looking for a professional help

Why a script? Simply setup Backup Station on your NAS to sync with your remote Linux server. (Backup Station supports both FTP and RSync).
