FTP Remote Replication fails with I/O errors

Post by ehsan1979 »

We have a TS-669 Pro. I have set up a FTP server on a Windows workstation. I set up the QNAP for remote replication to a remote FTP server. The connection test went on with no problems. I then defined a replication job for real-time replication of two local folders on the QNAP to the remote FTP server. There is more than enough space on the remote FTP server for the two local QNAP folders to replicate to.
The replication job fails with each retry due to the following errors:
Permission denied when creating file
file skipped
and then finally I am given this:
Job encountered a remote IO error or no space left on the destination device.
I can't find out what's wrong.
