I have a Canon network printer without Airprint support. I have been looking for a way to get Airprint to work on my network. By looking at this how-to (http://forum.doozan.com/read.php?2,6082,6082) it seems it is possible to have Airprint to work not only on the ones directly connected to the server/NAS via USB but also on network printers as well.
IMHO, having QNAP supporting Airprint is one of the most elegant solutions for enabling Airprint to a network/printer that does not support it.

Re: AirPrint
Any progress on this?
I'm running 3.6.1 on my intel based QNAP ... anyone have a walk through to set it up?
And why limit this to USB connected printers?
