Problem with TS-459 Pro+ and WD60EFRX

I have a TS 459 Pro + with 4.1.3 and I am trying to add WD60EFRX and the drive is never showing up in the console. I have 2 different drives and have tried both with the same issue. The drive never comes up. I picked the wd60EFRX from the compatibility. I have also inserted a few 2GB drives and those come up without any issue. Wondering if anyone can give me some insight to what the issue could be.

Update: After many trial and errors I was finally able to get the drives to work. Not sure what finally worked but if finally recognized the drives after the 3rd reboot.
