"File system not clean...." message

Post by johnnyjomp »

Hello everyone
I *think* this started after my recent update to the latest firmware, but not certain. I am getting this message
The file system is not clean. It is suggested that you go to [Storage Manager] to run Check File System"
When I do that, it shows 1%, but never progresses. I came back hoursater, logged back on, and still 1%.
I have rebooted and unplugged it for several days, but still the same issue.

How do I proceed?
John
Thanks!

IF you are on the QTS 4.2 beta, there are some issues still around the storage system file system check. QNAP support has suggested it may be related to Container Station or HD Station not shutting down cleaning to give the system exclusive access to the disk.
