Files don't show from file station view

I have an issue where files are not visible in file station view. They are on the disk, and I can access them via shell or via mounted disk from OS X, but for whatever reason they're not visible in the file station. Here is what it looks like:

This issue seems to have started after I received an alert stating that the disk was full.

* Any idea how to fix this?

I have qnap software up to date.

My guest is the Smart File Filter has been used at sometime.

click on Smart File Filter icon, remove anything in the Name Field, then click on the "OK" button. this will clear the name field and you should then see any files listed.

As a side note, saying the above means nothing. You have to specifically say what firmware version you are using AND the build number.
