Quota Problem

I have a user which is domain user, and there is no set limitation of quota under Access Right Management. Once i map the drive to the computer, the status of the network drive show limit of 10gb quota for the user.May refer the attachment file screen capture. How to solve this problem or how to clear the quota? Thanks.
