[help] ts-412 migrate RAID 1 to RAID 5

i need some help.

today i got my 3th HDD 3TB.
the system was RAID 1, 2 * 3TB.
now i put in the 3th hdd and started migrate to raid 5.
but now it says "Please insert a drive of larger capacity and wait for the drive status to become Ready before executing this operation."

Same make and model? If you are unlucky, the "new" 3 TB dirve might be some blocks smaller.

Anyway, on migration isues, I suggest you to check with QNAP support, best try to contact them by Sykpe (text only) or by MSN chat.

they are all the same model,

i will look for skype now.

after reboot it went into "Rebuilding", i hope it will go well, #worryd

nice, everything went well, except all my qpkg are gone.
if i look with ssh they are still there,
but in the web interface they are gone,
i cant start them.
and i cant reinstall them, help

if i try a qpkg i didnt had before it works, why wont the old (say python) wont reinstall or work ?
