Hi All,

Ive the same problem - can anyone give me a simple, line-by-line solution to this - since I purchased my NAS from the same people I presume Ive Slimserver installedm and 'need' to 'elimnate it'...

I too noticed that there was a difference between free space shown in Q-Raid and that shown in System Resources (about 150GB). I saw in this thread removal of the OPTWARE QPKG may help to resolve the problem and did that. Unfortunately, it seems to have cleared out the Public Share on my TS-109...300 GB, 4 Months of "backups". I checked the EXT format Q-Raid drive and it is not there either. My fault for not having backup of the backup, but...

Seems that the Q-Raid as "documented" is less than useless and in fact quite dangerous in that folks relying on it for safety are just as likely to lose everything. As is they have users trying to sort through user supported support forums for a lack of clear documentation and fixes of a fundamental capability, backing up data.

Ideally, QNAP would clean up and fully document these features.
