Volume size appears larger than max capacity

Volume size appears larger than max capacity
I have a TS-659 in raid 5, I added 2 drives to the raid that previously contained 4. After initialization which took all night my total size appears to be around 10TB but the volume size says it has 96TB free? Is there a way to rescan or something the volume so that its max size appears correct?
