Disk Read/Write Error "HS-210 & 1 WD30EFRX"

Dear Experts,
i'm new user with HS-210. I install single HDD WD red "WD30EFRX-68EUZN080.0" and it shows: Drive 1 status "Disk Read/Write Error"

i run smart test and got following messages

[HDD SMART] HDD 1 Complete Test result: Completed: read failure.
[Harddisk 1] medium error. Please run bad block scan on this drive or replace the drive if the error persists.
[Harddisk 1] I/O error, sense_key=0x3, asc=0x11, ascq=0x4, CDB=28 00 00 90 ae 20 00 03 a0 00 .

Please advise

Replace the failed drive.
I'm gone from this forum till QNAP stop wasting volunteers' time. Get help from QNAP helpdesk instead.

it's brand new !
how can i confirm its failure (can i repair it ?)

DoA. No, you cannot repair it; you can RMA it.
