Adding second disk: ERR_FAIL_CREATE_POOL

Hi all,

i get the following error, when adding a second disk:

"ERR_FAIL_CREATE_POOL"

Device: TS-251
Firmware: 4.1.1

What i did before:
- Installed 1st HDD as single drive (no raid, no JBOD)
- Copied data to it, installed some applications etc. So far so good, everything is fine.
- Finally i wanted to add a 2nd disk (same model, same size. Again as single drive, no raid or JBOD) and got above error message.

Where is my mistake?
Does someone faced this issue already?

Well...strange...
I have installed just now the Qfix for Shellshock and tried again to initialize my 2nd HDD.

Guess what - it worked...

Are there any logs, that will give some details?

This is really strange...
