New Symform client version 3

There is a new Symform client out (version 3) in which the high CPU and Memory issues are fixed.

anybody willing to test and confirm?

While nothing to upload (ie only contributing) CPU is ~10%, memory 32M. While uploading, CPU is ~50%. Tested with TS-239.
