CloudLink download problem in HS 251

Hi guys,
i'm trying to download the CloudLink app into the HS251 NAS, but after clicking on "Download" the percentage of downloading do not move form 0%. No errors occurs, just something like a freez.
Do someone faced the same problem?

I had exactly the same problem the other day.

What fixed it for me was to logon to my NAS using Chrome, instead of IE, and the download then worked fine.
