TS-212 Remote Access Issues

I Have the same problem. :ubergeek: :shock: :x
In the router settings specified dynamic ip adress with value 10.198.135.102.

When I'm startes nslookup *****.myqnapcloud.com i recived another ip adress? such as 178.130.**.*** :oops:

It's mean that i need to pay for the publick ip-adress or ...? :?:

How often does your IP address changing?
I remember myqnapcloud will update ur IP address for every 10~15 mins (not sure the exact time)
Maybe there's a time gap that your new IP address is not updated yet.
You can login the myqnapcloud website, and check the latest updated time for your NAS.
You might need to call qnap support if your device update time has been over 24 hrs.

P.S. ISP could also cache your DDNS mapping for a certain period as well, usually cached about an hour.

That 10.xxx.xxx.xxx address is not a Public IP address.
That 178.130.xxx.xxx address is a Russian Public IP address.
