Ok, Web server - reconfigure from port 8082 to 80.

Test from the LAN http://[NAS-LAN-IP-address]/ first ...

Go to your Qnap's admin web-interface. I believe in your case that it should be http://192.168.0.198:8080 from your local network.
Navigate to Network Services - Web Server as shown here:

Change the "Port Number" from 8082 to 80 like shown in this image:

Now you should be able to reach your web site without the port number 8082 in the URL.

If you still cannot reach your web server through the WAN address, then your ISP (or something else in your network infrastructure) is most likely blocking port 80. In which case there isn't much you could do other than using i.e. 8082.
