[SOLVED] Issue with Apache when connecting to QPKGs

Postby hosko » Mon Jul 02, 2012 12:38 am

When ever I try to connect to the web dashboards of my QPKGs Apache isn't serving me the pages.

When I try to connect over HTTPS I get "Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): The server refused the connection." When connecting over http I get "http://192.168.0.3/transmission"

Its as if Apache isn't listening to the addresses of those directories, The Web File Manager works fine as does the the main QNAP dashboard.

Any ideas where I should start looking or what files I can upload to help.

Cheers,

When I
Code: Select all
/etc/init.d/Qthttpd.sh stop

I get the following

Code: Select all
Shutting down Qthttpd services: Qthttpd.
apache: Syntax error on line 4 of /etc/config/apache/apache.conf: Syntax error on line 1 of /etc/config/apache/extra/apache-ssl.conf: Cannot load /root/daily_build/NasX86/Model/TS-419/../../NasMgmt/HTTP/apache_install_tmp/modules/mod_ssl.so into server: /root/daily_build/NasX86/Model/TS-419/../../NasMgmt/HTTP/apache_install_tmp/modules/mod_ssl.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Apache httpd is stopped.

Hope that helps

Suspect apache.conf is broken from the messages...:

[~] # /etc/init.d/Qthttpd.sh stop
...
[~] # cp /etc/default_config/apache.conf /etc/config/apache/apache.conf
[~] # /etc/init.d/Qthttpd.sh start
...

Now retry please.

In the Web server configuration is SSL (https) enabled?

Using the port configured for the https request?

User supplied of the QNAP default certificates in place? In case, you can try to reset the QNPA factory certificates in the Web UI: System Administation >> Security -> [SSL Certificate and private key].
