MySQL/phpmysql do not remember the password after a restart of the server.
I then reset it via the admin interface.
Then I can login again with “root” and “admin”,
I change the password, and it works, until I restart the server, then it forgets the password again, and I get the massage:
#1045 - Access denied for user 'admin'@'localhost'
Server do not remember phpmyadmin password after restart

Re: Server do not remember phpmyadmin password after restart
Hi broager.
I ran into similar problem and then realized that i've had it before. Search the forum for other Posts. I restarted MySQL service and used another variant/spelling of "User" in phpMyAdmin field, which made my way back to the databases without changing passwords.
